Data collected and purpose

The website processes only the following categories of data:

  • Browsing data (anonymised IP address, pages viewed, date/time, browser): collected via Google Analytics with IP anonymisation enabled, for aggregated statistical purposes about the use of the site.
  • Contact and booking-request data (name, email, phone, check-in/check-out dates, number of guests, message, IP address): collected via the request form on the homepage, solely to reply to the request and manage the possible booking of the stay.

Legal basis

  • For contact/booking requests: performance of pre-contractual measures at the request of the data subject (art. 6.1.b GDPR).
  • For aggregated statistics: legitimate interest of the controller in improving the service (art. 6.1.f GDPR), in anonymised form.

Storage

Contact/booking request data are stored for the time necessary to handle the request and, within legal limits, for any follow-up communications related to the stay. Anonymous statistical data are retained according to Google Analytics' policy.

Recipients

Data are not disclosed or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes. They may be shared with:

  • Google LLC / Google Ireland Ltd. — provider of the Analytics service and of the embedded maps;
  • Technical service providers (hosting, email) acting as data processors;
  • Public authorities, where required by law.

Transfers outside the EU

The use of Google Analytics and Google Maps may entail data transfers to third countries, covered by the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.

Your rights
